T-Man SA Delivers Personal and Powerful Album “Second Move”

DJ, producer, and hitmaker T-Man SA, real name Thando Magagule, has released his latest album Second Move, marking a defining chapter in his career. The project reflects his personal growth, musical evolution, and dedication to crafting a distinctive sound.
Leading up to the album, T-Man SA released the single Success featuring Aymos, which traces his journey from early beginnings to current achievements. The album is deeply personal, inspired by his experiences, patience, and perseverance in the music industry.
Having started music at a young age and officially releasing tracks in 2015, T-Man SA has explored genres from Gqom to commercial house before finding a signature blend of soulful and spiritual sounds. Second Move merges love songs, heartbreak anthems, and inspirational tracks, offering listeners a versatile and emotionally resonant experience.
The album features 18 carefully selected tracks, chosen from over 30 recorded, highlighting T-Man SA’s focus on quality and his meticulous approach to production. He hints at future projects, suggesting the possibility of a part two or a “third move.”
Collaboration plays a key role on Second Move. T-Man SA worked with artists including Mthandazo Gatya, Sykes, Sizwe Alakine, Professor, MacG, and Oskido. The track Baleka, featuring Professor and Sizwe Alakine, was coordinated by MacG, who brought the artists together to complete the track efficiently. T-Man SA’s relationship with Kalawa Jazmee Records co-founder Oskido has also evolved into a mentorship, providing guidance and opportunities for mixing and mastering.
Balancing roles as producer, sound engineer, and performing artist is demanding, but T-Man SA’s passion for music keeps him motivated. He has intentionally crafted a sound that communicates his spiritual and emotional growth while remaining entertaining and relatable.
