Locnville Return with Euphoric New Single Show Me Love

After a brief hiatus, Locnville make a strong comeback with their new single “Show Me Love,” a collaboration with rising artist Hannah Ray. The track is out now on all major streaming platforms, exploring the highs and lows of love and the tension between surrender and control.
“It was written more from a feeling than a story,” explains Andrew Chaplin. “It beautifully describes the push and pull of many things we experience in life.” Brian Chaplin adds, “The lyrics of the hook portray opposite sides of the same feeling, like ‘take me up, and pull me under.’ It’s a good way to describe love.”
The collaboration came through longtime friend and producer Sketchy Bongo, who introduced Hannah Ray to the brothers. “I was chatting with Sketchy about my solo Djenga projects and mentioned I was looking for new vocalists,” Andrew says. “He told me he’d been working with Hannah. I heard her vocals, and it instantly made sense for where we wanted to go.”
Brian highlights Hannah’s contribution: “Her ethereal tone was the missing piece. When she recorded, she basically freestyled the verses. It all came together quickly and easily. I hope to work with her more in the future.”
“Show Me Love” represents a new sonic direction for Locnville, blending Afro-house influences with Andrew’s dance-oriented sensibilities from his Djenga project. “I’ve been doing more dance-oriented music with Djenga, and that naturally flowed into this new Locnville track,” Andrew says. The result is a track that is both intimate and euphoric, combining rhythm and reflection to move body and soul.
The time apart has also renewed the Chaplin brothers’ creative energy. “It’s been ages. We’ve just been living separate lives mentally and physically,” Andrew admits. Brian adds, “I became a father, and we hadn’t seen each other in years. But when we met up again, it was like, ‘let’s make something.’”
Locnville’s renewed partnership has reignited their vision. “Honestly, I just want people to have a good time,” Andrew says. “When you put this track on, I want you to feel good and want to spin it again.” Brian teases future plans: “We’ll definitely be doing shows and writing more. The goal is to warm things up for 2026. Big plans, but mostly, we’re just here to have fun.”
“Show Me Love” is now available for streaming and download on Spotify and all major platforms, marking a fresh chapter in Locnville’s evolving sound.
