Pitch Black Afro Might Just Walk Free From Wife Murder Case if the state does not bring all it’s witnesses to court. The magistrate presiding over the bail hearing of rapper Thulani Ngcobo threatened to strike the matter off the roll after a pathologist who was meant to testify in rapper Pitch Black Afro case failed to appear in court.

Piet du Plessis, the presiding magistrate told the state prosecutor that if push comes to shove he will left with no option but to strike the matter off the roll if the state failed to secure the presence of its witnesses.

Whilst airing his frustrations the judge said “We can’t have this. We cannot proceed with the matter without the witness coming to testify. If the state fails to ensure that their witnesses come to court then I’ll be forced to withdraw charges against the accused,”
