Dispute Over Qwabe Twins For Their association With DJ Tira – We were introduced to the Qwabe twins through SA Idols with their melodious voices.

Various people thought they would go far as they hit all the right notes.

Although, a shocking revelation was made that left many astonished and disappointed, Virginia was eliminated from the show and Viggy quit soon after that. Now, it appeared they have received their breakthrough when the sisters met DJ Tira said he revealed he was interested in working with them.

On Saturday evening, they had a surprise performance at rapper AKA’s Orchestra event at the Durban ICC and are part of the Afrotainment team.

However, the twins were allegedly in breach of their contracts.

It is mentioned that the twins’ manager, Kim Coppen, addressed TshisaLIVE  she had observed their appearance at an event with DJ Tira, and said if he wished to represent them, they would need to approach Think Entertainment to negotiate their release.

“We are very aware there are social media posts showing them with DJ Tira, but to our knowledge they are not recording with him at the moment. We have been in contact with them and they have not indicated they would like to be removed from their management contract.”
