Stand A Chance To Perform At Rocking The Daisies Festival This October

Attention all Singers, DJz, Band mates and all music lovers in South Africa, Rocking The Daises is honored to announce that it will be creating opportunities for talented music enthusiasts by giving them a chance to perform live in a huge crowd with the most loved and celebrated musicians from across the world in an annual festival set to take place on from 5th to the 8th of October. If you an artists that has been waiting impatiently for a breakthrough in the industry then this might your chance to shine and show the world what you capable of, what better way to start by performing in the biggest crowd ever?

Only two extra-ordinary acts are needed to join and share the stage with some of the biggest local and international artists both such as Cassper Nyovest,Riky Rick,Black Coffee,Flume (DJ set), Two Door Cinema Club, The Naked and Famous, Joey Bada$$, Snakehips, and over 200 more. This should be motive enough for anyone interested to join the competition.

Here are the steps to follow to enter and stand a chance to perform at the Rocking The Daises Festival for the year 2017.

To enter follow the steps provided below :

STEP 1: Be a super hot artist, band or DJ.

STEP 2: You need to LIKE the Rocking the Daisies Facebook page and RSVP as GOING on the event page.

STEP 3: Post one song on the event page. It can be a video, YouTube link, Soundcloud mix, or anything that showcases how you’re a master of your craft. You’ve got ONE entry, be creative!

STEP 4: Make sure to use the hashtags: #RTD2017 and #RockTheDaisies and tag the Rocking the Daisies Facebook page.

STEP 5: Rally up the people of the internet, your fans, friends and family to like your entry post; make as much noise as possible! The more likes the better, as that will increase your chances of getting into our top five. The five entries with the highest number of likes will enter the final round, where a poll will open for further voting.

On 14 August at 12:00 the top 12 will be chosen – these are the fan favourites with the most likes. From here the Rocking the Daisies team will select the top six and announce them on Monday 21 August. From 21-25 August, fans will be able to vote for their favourite artist in a poll that will be published on the Daisies Facebook page. The two acts with the highest votes will be announced as the winners on 25 August at 12:00.
