Black Coffee Announces Possibly His Biggest Investment Yet. Music produce and house music DJ Black Coffee’s investment company, Flight Mode, has been investing in amazing start-ups in Africa.

Music produce and house music DJ Black Coffee’s investment company, Flight Mode, has been investing in amazing start-ups in Africa. This time around the angel investor has gone bigger in their investment venture. The organisation has invested in one of the largest recording labels in South Africa, Gallo Music Group.

“…I am now one of the major shareholders of this incredible piece of South African Musicc culture and history. The deal is important because its not about me, its about what this means for the collective SA Music community, the music ecosystem, its about changing the narrative from what was a highly exploitative system, to one of renewal and fairness,” says Black Coffee. The musician says with the recording company a new equitable African music narrative can be constructed. He envisions an atmosphere where the artist thrives.
