Duncan Explains The Beef He Has With Zakwe

Two of the best Durban located rappers Zakwe and Duncan are being reported to be at odds, the reason stated behind the alleged beef is Jealousy. The two rappers were once thick as thieves then suddenly it came to a public’s attention that they have blocked each other on Social Media and that they are dissing each other through their songs. Drum publication reported that on Duncan’s facebook page people were asking why is he not promoting Zakwe’s new release BIS and Sebentin which features Award winning Cassper Nyovest and Musilohiq.

He stated his reason for not supporting Zakwe’s music and said that when he released his last album, Balaclava, Zakwe didn’t promote it either. And secondly, he had already blocked him. In another post, Duncan denies a beef between him and Zakwe saying they are not into same things. “Sengiyivala…ain’t no beef we just ain’t on the same shit no more and i won’t even write a verse elichashile elibheke kuyena but yena angaqhubeka.”

The Mi-thatha hitmaker blames most of Durban underground rappers for fuelling the beef he has with Zakwe. “Most of underground rappers eTHEKWIN afisa ukungi bona ngiwa noma ngingalikhuluma kanjan iqiniso bazobheka into into abazofuna ukungi nemba ngayo bengibeke amabala bangikhulume ngithule ngyababuka.” Stressing that most rappers in Durban are itching to see him fail and that no matter how he can express the truth behind any statement he makes they will find something to use against him. Duncan added that the beef  he had with ‘Bath Ngyachoma’ hitmaker was long overdue.

This is one contoversial issue, the rumor may be true or not but Duncan stated his side and case on his Facebook post, no response from Zakwe yet.
