His beef with Maphorisa was about music rights and the recent one comes after Prince Kaybee announced that he owns masters to his album titled “Better Days”. While his beef with Shimza started in 2018, after Kaybee accused Shimza of playing his hit Club Controller on the dance floors without crediting him and the beef got more serious when Shimza said that he did not want to work with Prince Kaybee after the disagreement.
