It’s been six years since one of the biggest rappers on the continent, AKA and one the best DJs on the continent, Zinhle had a child together, Kairo Forbes. Whilst the couple’s relationship has had its ups and downs over the years, they have remained great co-parents to their lovely daughter.

Both Zinhle and AKA, who are no longer in a relationship, share a beautiful bond with their daughter as often seen on their social media platforms. Thursday marked Kairo’s sixth birthday and it looks like he had two parties….one at her mom Zinhle’s house and another with her dad AKA and his family. Whilst the jury is still out on separate parties, we will just have to blame COVID-19 for this one. Over the years, the duo has managed to put their differences aside to celebrate their daughter as a blended family.

Zinhle took to her Instagram page sharing adorable photos of Kairo at her themed party with the caption, “I hope you know that it doesn’t matter how old you get; you will always be mommy’s little girl… You have brought beauty and grace into our lives; you are such a positive and loving girl and mama is super proud of you.
