Joyous Celebration Premier Namhla Nkosi Music Video
South Africa’s popular multi-award winning gospel group, Joyous Celebration premier new music video titled Namhla Nkosi, making it their fifth consecutive surprise video drop in the last five weeks.
Namhla Nkosi music video comes hot off the heels of Ziyosulwa music video which was released last week and has already been viewed over 3000 times on VEVO. All the video drops this year are off their latest 20th Anniversary release, recorded live at the Moses Mabhida Stadium – Joyous Alumni.
The captivating performance of Namhla Nkosi features Zaza Mokhethi on lead vocals, who represents one of the original members of Joyous Celebration on the latest Joyous Alumni release.
Other featured vocalists on the Joyous Alumni album include Brenda Mtambo, Swazi Dlamini, Hlengiwe Pitso, Nonhlanhla Mdluli, Mahalia Buchanan, Vicky Vilakazi, Gift Vilakazi Swazi Dlamini, Margaret Motsage and Dudu, Tsobane.
Over the years Joyous Celebration has been a platform that unearths new talent as it is evident in the Joyous Alumni cast which started out as Joyous Celebration choir members before venturing on their solo careers.
Joyous Celebration releases albums annually and has broken boundaries both in South African and abroad in terms of live DVD and CD recordings with a total of 22 live albums.
