Mzwakhe Mbuli Take Legal Action Against Power FM Presenter

Poet and Singer Mzwakhe Mbuli seem to be on the news for all the wrong reasons these days. A while ago the poet was accused by a Power FM presenter Thabiso Mosia for committing fraud, The presenter said that Mbuli scammed Mandoza’s funeral last year.

Thabiso mentioned all of these in a number of tweets. He said that Mbuli offered to organize all the necessities for the funeral and ripped the family of thousands of rands while doing so. Mosia carried on to say that Mzwakhe had done the same thing to most of SA’s celebrity funerals.

“Mzwakhe wanted 70k to organize the sound for MDZ funeral. WE(fam) said no cos @arthurmafokate was offering his sound for free. Mzwakhe threw a fit,” Thabiso in one of his tweets. He accused Mzwakhe of different cases associated with scamming and fraud.

Mzwakhe didn’t take kindly to the accusations as he claimed they are nothing but fabricated lies. Mbuli consulted a lawyer from Mafenya Attorneys Inc. and said that Thabiso was defaming his character therefore Mosia was given a letter which stated that he has seven days to retract his comments.

Thabiso tweeted again that he still stands by his words.
