Listen To A Track Euphonik Dropped In A Matter Of Hours.

DJ and Radio personality Euphonik had an epic weekend as he worked his way to release a track in a few hours. The story behind the single is quite fascinating. The DJ came across a video of a youngster named Killer Kau on twitter where he was performing an instrumental version of a song by Destruction Boys titled Shut up & Groove.

Euphonik decided to give a guy a chance to use his home studio to record his track. The song was recorded in a matter of hours. Killer also got a chance to share the stage with Riky Rick at Taboo and Kong where he performed the song he made with Euphonik. The song is titled Thol’ukuth.

To add some more flavour to their track the pair included a vocalist by the name of Mbali Sikwane. Euphonik then called in few favours to have the song play on Radio Stations such as 5FM, 947 and Metro FM. Killer and Mbali are unknown musicians that share their passion and talent of music on Social Media where Euphonik recognized them.

“I genuinely believed in the track and thought it was great. If it wasn’t for me it might still be a video being shared on Twitter but I gave these guys a chance because I believe in giving young talent a chance. I am not saying that because I want to blow my own horn but I gave them a chance when no one else would,” Euphonik said.

The DJ added that the song will be on iTunes real soon and they are planning a concerts at Icon Soweto for this weekend.
