Rapper Priddy Ugly wrote a statement expressing his thoughts and emotions regarding the way people reacted when it was revealed that he and Bontle weren’t really getting married and that it was all to promote a music video. The music video was for the song of LaSauce ft Amanda Black titled I Do.The video of the song was released last Friday on the 28th of July and already has over 250 000 views. The couple misled fans by making them believe that they were actually getting married since they are one of the most loved couples in SA. On Social Media people who follow them spoke of how they felt sad, betrayed, enraged and so forth about the wedding being faked. People called their fake wedding a Scam.

Priddy Ugly said “A scam is being cheated out of what is yours or what you have invested in. If you feeling scammed then you’re selfish for feeling owed or entitled to a commodity that doesn’t belong to you. i’m pretty sure you have things in your personal life to be concerned with, outside of what a couple you don’t know do in their relationship.”Celebrities like rapper Riky Rick also commented on the issue showing a mixture of disappointment and disapproval he said “So you saying the wedding wasn’t real? Cmon fam,” said Sidlukotini hitmaker. Priddy made it clear on his statement that this will be the last he will be speaking about this to any publication.
