Motlatsi On How Pitch Black Afro Slapped Him Hard For Pulling Out His Wig. During an interview with DJ Fresh on Metro FM Isidingo actor Motlatsi, shared a story of how Pitch Black Afro once threw a hard hot slap across his face thinking he was the one who pulled out his wig during a party.
The actor said it all went down while he was still a student at Afda and attended a party for the Oscar-winning film Tsotsi where one of his friends got into an argument with Pitch Black Afro.
“It was nice, the celebs are happy. Everybody, I think, is drunk there and my friend snatches Afro’s hair. A fight starts and I’m in the middle. I am going, ‘Guys! What’s happening?’ and then suddenly whoosh.”
Motlatsi added that before he knew it he was being escorted out of the building in a lift to avoid the media.
He said at that moment he thought his career was done.
“Now I want to break into this industry but, eish, now my chance is gone.”
