Dr Malinga is now kicking the Resort business!
This is one man who manages to takes us by surprise. Dr Malinga is a visionary, he has stepped further than music, proving his MULTI-SKILLED. Can we all stand and give a round of applause for the man of the hour- Dr Malinga; for being in the process of building his own resorts? Maybe you have not understood, let me rephrase that, (He is building TWO resorts). We need to pay respect to such a move; his resorts will be situated in Siyabuswa and Hammanskraal.
The well-known star is showing us how to generate generational wealth. No point in squandering money without purpose. A man with a mission and a designed destiny usually arrives. The beauty of his ongoing project is the sharing of details and the images of the early construction on social media.
It was reported by TimesLIVE that Dr Malinga portioned his thoughts and clarified; building a legacy is what for his family is what stimulates his actions. He’s a family man, and he wants them to be comfortable, financially secure. His primary concern is his family, a close relative and anyone close to his heart. The most comforting statement he announced was that; he is not afraid of failing and he has been built with tenacity. How conforting.
A never give up spirit is his way of life. His confidence and faith in building these resorts are bulletproofed. He assured us he will build these resorts regardless of what may arise. In the process, he has created employment for people. He does acknowledge his plans are ambitious but assures us that what is meant to take place will not be defiant.
He has been the celeb of the hour, getting all the attention; when he had a talk with – The Juice, the flamboyant star shared with them, that his construction for “Linags Resort” is already taking place.
“I occupied The workers with the swimming pool, as we speak now and also we will build accommodation. We prefer building in the winter when the swimming pool is closed, no one is coming to swim.”
This idea of building a resort/s has been nesting in his idea collection for the longest. He is confident that in the current year they will be running.
“ In March we will open the one in Siyabuswa, (Mpumalanga) will be active for users in March. And then the other one in Hammanskraal (Gauteng) we hope to open in September.”
According to his vision; this is just the beginning. The two current resorts under construction are only the beginning of a franchise he wants to attach his name to, can you imagine? If this does not excite you do stand up and do something with your life nothing will! So get ready South Africans for Lingas Resorts to be widespread in the 9 provinces, who knows, maybe beyond the boarders.
“He made an example to say, if it happens in Durban a person wants to open a Lingas Resort franchise, we’ll charge that person a fee and then we as a company construct a Lingas Resort that side and also market it everywhere with billboards.” – Says Malinga
What to expect from the Resort.
He further continues to explain: “The motto for Lingas Resort is ‘Go Monate Fela’ – its a place you can enjoy yourself. One will come and enjoy with his people. A place to sell my merchandise – “ Lingas products – Lingas energy drinks, Lingas water”, and he also plans to venture into selling swimwear gears as well. When you have goals and a vision you become unstoppable.
