Moonchild Sanely, Toya Delazy And Others Are Set To Perform In London – It keeps on getting better South Africa; the Waltham Forest London Borough Of Culture celebration will entertain a completely sold out event in a circus tent in Leytonstone.
They will headline and the South African prominent households – Moonchild Sanelly, Morena Leraba are scheduled to perform. Since then a fresh list has been updated of other artists who will add to the performance’s; Toya Delazy, Tony Allen, Yasmine Hamdan, Terry Reid, The Turbans,Slaves, Pote, Michael Kikuwanu, Krar Collective, Khaladja, Kinshasa, Georgia Ellery, Goergia Jockstrap, Dobnet, Dennis Bovell, Afrikan Boy.
Most of the artists in the list have already confirmed they will be part of it; they have crowned it as the most far-reaching platform and it has been so for centuries. The Africa Express pilots together musicians from a distinct heritage, culture, genre and age group.
They have done this to shatter the constrictions and introduce a fresh perspective to the African music. No event is ever the same, every time it varies, always an element of surprise.
