DJ Euphonik Says “We Think We Know Better And Are Doing Better”

DJ Euphonik Says “We Think We Know Better And Are Doing Better” – In South Africa, we have had a history of celebrities who have fallen to depression and it has been trending ever since.

When Chymasique shared a post on social media, Euphonik came through to second and support the statement. This disease (depression,) is not immune to the average person, it is no respecter of persons, although it seems to intensify in the celebrity community because of the elevated pressure stardom is ushered with. And with that comes strain in healing.

“The reason artists fall prey to depression and suicide is that they get used to being stars and they think they’ll stay on top forever,” Chymamusique exclaimed

Although, Chymamusique highlighted the reasons behind celebrities falling victim and being casualties to depression, due to their incapacity to reconstruct to the alterations of their environment. They hold the philosophy of what they see right now will always be, “On Top” throughout their lifetime.

The opinion was well received by Euphonik. He added that the large fraction of what torments celebrities is that they are reluctant to learn from those who have walked prior to them in the walk they are experiencing. “We also don’t learn from previous generations because we think we know better and are doing better.”

Tweeps have mixed emotions on the matter but socialites and ordinary people shared their thoughts on the matter. Another artist that came to share her thoughts and encounters was Lungi Naidoo, but she had a different take on the matter. She stated the statement was not true in its entirety, somewhat true, but there are other elements involved in what causes depression when you are a celebrity.

“The reason I said it’s not true is cos I went through this and it was not because I had fame or that music is all I do. But it was all the other things that the music industry presents to [a] woman that caused my depression. Chyma’s statement is partially true but not entirely” EXCLAIMED BY Lungi Naidoo
