Batsogile Lovederia Malope, she has built her brand through the name Dr Rebecca Malope, she is a multi-award winning Mzansi singer.
Our own African Queen of Gospel, she has been around decades. Now, Jessica Mbangeni was born and bred in Nqamakhwe, Eastern Cape. She is a poet, her storytelling abilities are amalgamated with traditional Xhosa singing, a praise poet.
Jessica looks exquisite in her attire embracing the ANC colours, while Dr Malope rocks her signature hair cut, women embracing each other is powerful. These are women who have transfigured the entertainment industry and continue to do so without fail. Viva! May they also raise more powerful women to make an impact.
