Tshedi Mholo Is Set To Appear In The Magistrate’s Court And Here’s Why – Tshedi Mholo, the Malaika singer is reported to have had an unpleasant quarrel with her neighbour regarding a gate at her home of 12 years.
According to SowetanLive, the matter resulted in a court case . Mholo availed herself in the Roodepoort magistrate’s court on the 11th of June 2019 due to a temporal protection order taken countering her by her residence’s body corporate chairperson Ronald Williams.
Now, the case was rescheduled to August 22, to give time Tshedi to find legal representation. The Malaika star claims, her collision with the body corporate is about an about 10m-long gate that was allocated to both the parties, her and Williams.
“When I come back late at night from performing, I have to push this thing. Even during rainy days. Sometimes I will even ask the kids to come push it so I can get inside,” Mholo said.
Other mentions involving the harassment allegations made against Mholo involve her seeking assistance from the EFF on the matter.
She assets to have never referred to her by name ( Williams) on those instances, she takes full responsibility to Sowetan to sharing her complaint to social media to reveal her injustice on the ordeal. When you observe one of her tweets in March inscription to Gauteng premier David Makhura and police minister Bheki Cele, she stated:
“I need protection from my neighbours urgently. Body corporate issues are affecting both me and my kids.”I’m dealing with a brother and sister from foreign countries and scared for my life. Security is not beefed up in my complex. Please assist ASAP.”
