Watch! DJ SBU Shares A Tribute To God For Molding Him, Keeping Him Alive All These Years While Some Of His Friends Have Died “God Is Real & Worthy”
We all have been acquainted with Sibusiso Leope, prominently known as DJ Sbu, he’s passionate about his energy drink and has prior joined the streets to sell his MoFaya energy drink, on a jam-packed highway attempting to make some more cash.
The rapper Cassper Nyovest also expressed why he’s inspired by the businessman and media personality.
“I love this dude cause he believes in himself and he goes for what he believes in no matter what people say about him. He has changed so many lives from the hood through entertainment and he keeps pushing the envelope.”
The distinguished house DJ, radio personality, author, business-mogul is resolute concerning impregnating the hustling spirit, hence his books such as Billionaires under construction,The Art of Hustling, Sell or Surrender, and his Sunday Circle and daily motivations.
He took to social media to share his appreciation of life to God for his life, any man that knows how to kneel on his knees can stand up to any man in this world.
This is what the caption had to say:
Thank you God for keeping me all these years. Growing up as a kid in Tembisa in the apartheid South Africa I never thought I’d grow up to reach age 21. Let alone 40.
My friends were dying left right & centre. Many were imprisoned. For me it’s still surreal that I am alive. Let alone being the man I am today.
There can only be one answer to that. We serve a great God. Just yesterday I was 19 years old starting out in the entertainment industry. Never thought I will make it this far.
Celebrating my 40th birthday as a father, a community member, a son, brother, mentor, youth leader & a global citizen, is even more testament that GOD IS REAL & WORTHY to be praised.
From the sinner that I once was in my youth, to the man I am today. Thank you Lord for blessing me with yet another year.
Was planning to spend it in Canada this week. But couldn’t make my VISA. Being in Spain is still equally as fulfilling. This year alone already been to Ethiopia, Egypt, Tanzania & Kenya. Travel & learn. Ukuhamba ukubona. We now speak of countries as if we speaking of zones & sections were we grew up.
Today we blessed to even live in airports like we did taxi ranks. We fly in olopraines like we changing taxis. That’s not a matter to be taken for granted, we’re blessed & count our blessings.
I am not a perfect man, but I hope to continue being a beacon of hope to other young Sbusiso’s growing in the hood that it’s possible black child you can be anything you want to be.
Purposeful living is what we are after. I always follow my name for my career is dedicated to the person responsible for giving me that name. My mother.
Wealth will follow as we build it one brick at a time. For a black child has to work twice as hard. But the REVOLUTION has started & we picked up from were our predecessors left off & we plan to continue carrying the torch for the younger generation to pick up from us.
I’m a proud product of many people who are responsible for the man I am today. Too many to mention. I thank each & everyone who has supported my career through thick & thin. And all the big hommies who showed me the way, put me on, guided & mentored me. THANK YOU?? All glory be to God ??
