CiCi Determined After Uyinene’s Death To Fight For Justice Against Arthur Mafokate

CICI Determined After Uyinene’s Death To Fight For Justice Against Arthur Mafokate – Musician Busisiwe ‘Cici’ Twala believes the truth of how her injuries were sustained will soon come out.

This is according to her legal representatives

These comments come after Cici’s former partner and kwaito star, Arthur Mafokate, was acquitted of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm. He was exonerated at the Midrand Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

In a statement her lawyer, Keegan Elliot, said that she would “not give up the fight”. He confirmed that she would seek redress.

Previous statement:

“This is the most important redress that our client seeks – that the truth of the incident be brought to light. Accordingly, our instruction, at present, is to proceed with the civil suit previously noted,” the statement read.

Cici took to social media on the 6th of Septemeber 2019 to share a screenshot of her massage to announce that the fight for justice in her abuse case is still ongoing. The accused, Arthur, has been served with legal papers for him to settle the legal fees for Cici, in which she announced he failed.

So, now he is subjected to sell his house, things just escalated of 1 – 100, real quick.

This is what the caption had to say:
