Euphonik Weighs In On The SAA Dilemma – SAA desperate for state’s R2bn cash – SAA is lead toward an excruciating payment date time limit.
As the Government has put to settle the R2 billion bailout it announced the beleaguered airline in October.
It is reported that the National Treasury this week committed to City Press’ sister publication Rapport that the capital had not but been paid, but refused to intricate on when this would happen.
“The R2 billion in working capital will be financed in consultation with the department of public works and the business rescue practitioner,” said a spokesperson.
“More details will be made available at a later stage.”
According to the Government, there was a guarantee to produce R2 billion to be had in cash and to give the airline a further R2 billion really worth of support in the shape of guarantees.
