Stars such as Cassper Nyovest have stated that most musicians are struggling financially under the lockdown. Celebs have come out to state that they are struggling under the lockdown. The latest musician to have financial difficulties to the lockdown is star Candy Tsa Mandebele.

The musician has spoken about relying on her mother’s R600 to buy groceries. The artist has also applied for the relief fund that was set to be given to artists. However, she didn’t have any luck when it came to the relief fund.

“I applied for relief from the department of sports, arts ad culture but haven’t received anything. It is difficult,”Candy SAID. The artist has stated that Bathabile Dalmini has given her a food voucher to help with these trying times.
