The coronavirus pandemic has been making people’s lives quite hectic in 2020. Some people have lost loved ones due to the virus. Singer and Idols South Africa judge Unathi has revealed to be one of the people who lost loved ones due to the virus after she stated how happy she is that actress Lerato ‘Zah’ has survived the Covid-19 virus.
“How happy am I that you’re alive and healthy. Thank you for posting your video on surviving COVID 19 on Insta Rato…and for being so honest about your fears around it now that you have survived. My aunt and uncle, brother and sister died o Monday 4 hours apart from Covid. My dad is inconsolable…I’m happy you are alive my love…,” says Unathi. The musician received condolence messages from social media users and fellow celebs.
“Condolences [sister]. [God is with you at all times]. Even when it seems dark, [he is there],” says Phumeza Mdabe. Lerato ‘Zah’ says, “…you selflessly focused so much on me and my recovery when you are going through so much pain on the other hand…I don’t know what to say [my love]… ‘Sorry’ is just not enough… ‘be strong’ doesn’t even make sense when you grieving 4 loved ones at the same time…all I know is that [god is the one who has all the answers]…”
