DJ Tira and the Afrotainment Record label have donated a wheelchair and groceries to a needy family. The family in need sent him an email seeking for assistance. Tira then posted a video on his official Twitter page to show what he has done for the family.
The father from the family he assisted sent the Durban Finest DJ an email. he explained that he needed help has he had recently suffered from a stroke. The stroke resulted in the man to no longer be able to walk, thus he now needed a wheelchair.
Tira received the email and the man only requested a wheelchair, but he decided to go an extra mile and bought the family some groceries as well. Tira and his Afrotainment team traveled to the small village in Mandini to meet up with the family to give them their gifts and what they had requested,
The family was truly surprised and they shared their gratitude to Tira for what he had done for them. Many on social media commended Tira for what he had done and some critics shared why did he have to document himself assisting the needy. Tira started an initiative of assisting the needy and asking them to email him if they need anything. He was merely sharing his good deed with the public.
