It has only been months since the ‘Shining star’ Elaine has released her debut independent EP album ‘Elements’. The singer was part of the nominees for the ‘Best R&B/Soul album’ at the South African Music Awards, she didn’t get to win the award. However, the musician was given another milestone in her music career.

The musician went on social media to announce that he highly acclaimed album has been certified platinum. “God is so good. Thank you…,” says Elaine. The musician’s fans reacted to the huge achievement in the musician’s career. One social media user says, “I still can’t let go of this EP…Congratulations…” One user says, “…Thank you for giving us beautiful songs that we can cry to [at] 1 am.” One user says, “Congratulations [Elaine]…You deserve it…”

Media personality Mbali Nkosi says, “…well done.” One social media user says, “Clarity is clear to see that you are deserving…” One social media user says, “…Congratulations honey, you deserve it.” Elaine also released her music video for her EP album’s lead single titled ‘You’re The One’, which got over 1 million views within a month.
