DJ Zinhle Welcomes New Judges Of The 1’s And 2’s Talent Search Show Season 6. Season 6 of SABC 1’s popular DJ talent search show, 1’s and 2’s, returns to the viewer’s TV screens starting on Sunday, 21 March at 18h00. Viewers will be introduced to new and exciting talent on SA’s favourite DJ talent search show. Mzansi was waiting in curiosity to know the panel of judges for this season, and finally they have been revealed.

DJ Zinhle, DJ Speedsta and DJ Tira have been selected as the new season’s Judges, taking over from the previous season’s judge, Prince Kaybee. DJ Zinhle was on the judging panellist of season 5 and Mzansi will be seeing more of her again on season 6. Taking to social media, DJ Zinhle shared snaps of the new judges captioned: “Help me welcome @speedstabro @djtira to @1sand2s_sabc1 Season 6. They are the new judges joining me to find next Master of Spin. @1sand2s_sabc1 will air on Sunday 21 March at 18:00. Please save the date.”

Over the years, the competition has produced some of the best DJs who have taken Mzansi by storm such as Prince Kaybee, Mvzzle, DJ Mshega and DJ SK. 12 of the Top House Music, Commercial EDM and Gqom DJs and Producers from all over South Africa battle for over thirteen weeks, for the title of Mzansi’s Master Of Spin and a chance to win R100 000 worth of Studio and DJ Equipment.

“The main objective is to unearth new talent, give them a break and much-needed exposure as well. I hope everyone will be able to change their lives through the show, that is the biggest thing for me,” said the DJ on her expectations on season 5 of the competition in 2018. On her advice to the new upcoming talent, the DJ said: “Hard work is one of the biggest things, but you need to have a plan of what you want to get done, be consistent as well as have respect for relationships.”
