Ntsiki Mazwai Responds After DJ Fresh Reveals She Paid R200k After Losing A Court Case To Him. Musician, poet and activist, Ntsiki Mazwai responded on social media to Dj Fresh’s comment he made a as guest presenter on Podcast and Chill with MacG about the outcome of their courtcase. In 2019, music producer and radio DJ, DJ Fresh sued Ntsiki after she shared a list of abusers with his name on it.
DJ Fresh revealed on his interview on Podcast and Chill with MacG that Ntsiki lost in court after failing to apologize for calling him an abuser. Moreover, Ntsiki paid Fresh’s legal fees of R200, 000. Ntsiki took to social media to respond to what Fresh said about the courtcase. She responded saying she was never sued for saying something that was not factual, but for something that was surfacing on the internet.
“For the record, I have never been sued for a lie. I have been sued for publishing a list that was already online… which is what makes my case so damn interesting, that I got sued for what you were saying. Lol”, said Ntsiki.
Moreover, she added that she does call out people and expose truths that make people uncomfortable. She cannot even lie on anything as basic as make up. “What I know for a fact is that I’m not a liar. I know I expose uncomfortable truths, but a liar? Lol I can’t even lie with make-up and false illusions of beauty, so to expect to me have lied about such a big thing is really very fascinating to me. Is it denial?”, said Ntsiki.
