DJ Black Coffee meets Simmy for the first time. Famous and well- known people are expected to know each other in the industry and you would assume that most artists have met their industry peers in person. But a recent video shared by DJ Sbu showed how even the biggest names in the music sphere also get excited meeting other artists.
Music producer and DJ, DJ Sbu shared a video on social media of Black Coffee and Simmy meeting for the first time. He was in disbelief when he discovered that the two had never met even though they work in the same industry. “@simmymusicsa & @realblackcoffee meet for the first time, while @sunelmusician quietly hides himself in a little corner like he ain’t nobody. I love you guys, thank you”, DJ Sbu shared.
In the video that was shared, DJ Black Coffee brings up how he is a big fan of Simmy and her work. He further added that he has seen her performances and had fallen in love with her music. The DJ also documented that precious moment on his phone. “I just met her for the first time. I’ve been hearing her music, I am her biggest fan. I went to see her perform in Durban on the 25th of December last year”, said DJ Black Coffee.
Simmy also expressed how speechless she was but happy to have met the Grammy Award winner. “I don’t even know what to say, but hey I’m standing next to Black Coffee. This is crazy”, said Simmy.
