Shimza slams Nota Baloyi with a warrant of execution after failing to pay him. House music DJ and producer Shimza shared a picture of a warrant of execution after a tweet by Nota Baloyi.

Shimza has had enough with Nota Baloyi always attacking him. Taking to his Twitter page, Shimza went on to share that a warrant of execution has been granted to the Sheriff for music entrepreneur, Nota Baloyi. This comes after Nota Baloyi tweeted something about Shimza after a tweep told Nota to beat him up. “No need, life is beating him up more than enough. Imagine sharing your girlfriend and only having a year until she’s fired from the job she uses to keep you? Just let time do its thing. I don’t beat people up”, Nota Baloyi had tweeted.

The DJ shared that Nota has been failing to pay him after he sued him for calling him a corrupt boy after his alleged corrupt government music gig. Nota speculated saying Shimza got the gig because of his relationship with someone in the government. Shimza won the case after taking the matter to court.

Nota was supposed to pay a certain amount of money to Shimza for defamation of character, but Shimza shared that he has been unable to do so. He said that the acclaimed millionaire’s pockets are dry and since he has not been able to pay him, the Sheriff will take whatever that he owns. “The twitter “millionaires” mouth is bigger than his pockets, spoke shit, I sued him and now he can’t pay so the sheriff is about to attach the little he has”, Shimza tweeted.

The DJ went on to say he will not allow anyone to ruin his reputation by saying things with no evidence and try to discredit his work. He will protect his reputation at all costs. “Very proud that I’m able to protect my reputation through the law which listens to facts with proof not clout chasers who use their platforms to discredit other blacks work”, Shimza tweeted.
