Former Distruction Boyz member Goldmax set to release his first album as a solo artist. Gqom DJ and producer Goldmax is set to debut his first project as a solo artist since the split from Distruction Boyz.
Taking to his Instagram page, Goldmax announced that he has been working on his new album and it is ready to be released. He will be dropping his debut album titled Amaketanga on the 4th of April 2023. ” The wait is finally over! Get ready for my debut album titled Amaketanga coming to your playlists. Album dropping on the 4 April 2023, don’t forget to share with your friends”, Goldmax shared.
Not only is the DJ going to release his album, he also established and introduced his own record label. His new record label is called Golden Empire. ” I’m also introducing my newly established record label, @golden_empire2023. On the 4th of February 2023, Distruction Boyz took to their social accounts to announce their split for the second time. They shared that they decided to go their separate ways as they want to pursue and focus on their music careers as solo artists. They also stated that the duo will be back together soon. “Members of the Gqom community, thank you for supporting us over the years! Allow us to take a break from being the Distruction Boyz duo you all love so that we can concentrate on our solo careers a bit. The two had been sharing on social media the work that they are doing as solo artists and both artists seem to be doing great in their solo careers.
