DJ Rabs Vhafuwi Accuses Makhadzi Of Owing Him Money
DJ Rabs Vhafuwi accuses Makhadzi of owing him money. Singer and songwriter Makhadzi was recently blasted out on social media by DJ and promoter Rabs Vhafuwi after she failed to pay him his money.
Makhadzi has been in hot water for the past few weeks. The singer started battling it out with her former record label Open Mic Production after they failed to pay her for her album sales. The singer trended for days when Open Mic released the alleged receipt of payments made to her. She was bashed for allegedly saying she was not paid. It seems like she is still in trouble after a Limpopo musician called her out for not paying what is due to him.
Taking to his Twitter page, Rabs Vhafuwi posted screenshots of the conversation between him and Makhadzi Entertainment after they failed to pay him. He shared the pictures with a caption that read, “Hi @Makhadzi since you are unable to finish paying it off, you can keep the balance”. With reference to the conversation from the screenshots, Makhadzi allegedly owed Rabs Vhafuwi an amount of R20K but paid him R3K. The singer failed to pay the remaining amount of which is R16K over 2 months and the DJ decided to call her out.
Tweeps were disappointed by the singer’s actions. Whilst others were defending her after she was called out and said that Rabs Vhafuwi must stop harrasing Makhadzi and communicate with her privately. Others urged Makhadzi to pay the musician the remaining balance. They shared that she cannot use her current situation to dodge paying people their money. “She must actually pay the money. She owes other promoters and still hasn’t paid, make an example of her. Going through things doesn’t mean she mustn’t pay. Makhadzi thinks she is bigger than people”, a tweep said.
Makhadzi has not responded to the claims nor deny.
