Lamiez Holworthy criticized for going into labour with a facebeat. Music DJ and radio personality Lamiez Holworthy’s photo sparked conversation as tweeps added their observations about delivering a baby with make-up on. 

Lamiez has faced a lot of backlash already in her motherhood journey from social media critics. First it was the DJ’s decision to take her one month old son to a restuarant that didn’t sit well with them then it was the discourse her snap back game created on social media and now it’s her labour facebeat that has people talking.

Tweeps shared their thoughts on women going into labour with a full facebeat. Some questioned whether correct procedure was taken by the hospital staff whilst others commended her for making sure she wasn’t caught slipping.

“I’ve got questions for the hospital staff who let her go to theatre with make-up on. She’s beautiful yes, but as someone who works in theatre and has been to theatre as a patient too this is not the correct procedure”, one  tweep said.

Whilst critics were bashing her, her fans defended The DJ’s fans came to her defense. They shared that people must stop adding their unwanted opinions on people’s lives. They further added saying that they must respect the choices she made with her delivery experience. “The think pieces ya’ll doing, because you’re adding yourself in someone’s business”, a tweep said.

Lamiez did not respond nor pay attention to critics who always chose to say something about whatever that she chooses to do with her life.
