Kwesta, Shekhinah & Anatii Make The Forbes Under 30 Creatives List. SA is a country filled with a lot of talent that has gained recognition across the world, not only raising the country’s flag but playing a part in grooming and motivating young artists to excel their crafts.
To prove just how big SA young artists are it was announced earlier this week that four of South Africa’s prodigies made it into the coveted Forbes Africa Under 30 list.
One of the categories associated with this list is called Under 30 Creatives where actors, musicians and more are included. Thuso Mbedu (26), Mapaseka Koetle-Nyokong (29), Sasha Pieterse (22) and Nomzamo Mbatha (27) represent us on the acting front while Shekhinah (23) is joined by Kwesta (29), Nasty C (21), Anatii (25) and Cassper Nyovest (27) on the music side.
Celebrated poet, Koleka Putuma, who is 25 years old, reps SA on the literary front while visual artists, Tony Gum (22) and Simphiwe Ndzube (27) also make an appearance. Fashion designer, Rina Chunga-Kutama is also on the list.
