Winnie Mashaba Scammed While She’s Overseas

Winnie Mashaba scammed via Whatsapp while she’s overseas. Winnie Mashaba was attending a jazz festival in Singapore when scammers hacked her Whatsapp account and got her friends to send them money!

“When we suspected that someone had hacked into my account I asked Vodacom to block my number. But now when I came back they said they can’t unblock it,” she explained. Vodacom, later on, unblocked her number!

Two of the Gospel star’s friends came forward to speak about how they were lured into sending someone money thinking it was Winnie! Collectively, Winnie’s friends were scammed off R9, 300 thinking they were sending the money to Winnie.
