Watch Zolani Mahola’s Visit To Suzelle DIY Show

Most of you know the musician Zolani Mahola from the famous SA Band Freshlyground. She was invited to the show by one of the most famous YouTube stars Suzelle DYI. Her real name is Julia Anastasopoulos, she is an artist, illustrator, designer and actress. Her show Suzelle DIY debuted in 2014. The 34-year old is classified as a YouTube star because of the videos she often posts on YouTube about her DYI show, showing viewers how to do different things by hands. She and Zolani had a blast on the show as they sang and made some macrame together. Macramé is the art of knotting string in patterns to make decorative articles.

Suzelle said that Zolani is quite a good knotmaker. The ladies sang in a competitive game that had a cup of coffee as the prize. They both talented singers, Freshlyground released a new music video for their song Banana Republic in April 2017. Banana Republic is a political science term that refers to a small state that is politically unstable as a result of the domination of its economy by a single export controlled by foreign capital. The video’s release was inspired by Freedom Day and Workers Day.
