Busiswa’s interest in seeing South Africa and Nigeria unite is evident as she went o social media to suggest a few collaborations between South Affrican and Nigerian artist. Seeing how the last xenophobia saga created hatred in the hearts of the two African countries, Busiswa took it upon herself to suggest ways such unity can become achievable. Busiswa is one of those South African artists that are deeply interested in ending xenophobia.
Taking to Twitter, the star wrote a list of Nigeria and South Africa’s musician collaborations that could help heal the hearts of both nations. She tweeted that that would make her happy, she even went as far as tagging the artists to let them know of her suggestion on ending xenophobia. She further went on to tweet: “But an & MFR Souls & Simi collab could really end xenophobia mannnn.”
This comes after most Nigerians left South Africa amid fears over xenophobic violence. The violent attacks were on foreign people and their property.
