Brickz Sentencing Postponed

Today is the day that Roodepoort Magistrates Court set to sentence Sipho Ndlovu popularly known as Bricks for the charges of rape which he was found guilty of. The date of his sentencing has been postponed, this case has been going on for 4 years, it was until few days ago that the accused was found guilty. His lawyer Dumisani is stopping at nothing to try to prove and convince the court that Brickz isn’t guilty of the crime and to appeal.

Magistrate was not pleased with this postponement as he stated that the the case has gone on for far too long. The sentencing hearing has been postponed to next month, August. Brick’s lawyer withdrew from the case and his new legal team asked for a postponement to study the documents.

Brickz plan to apply for bail during sentencing procedures.
