Yvonne Chaka Chaka Honoured By The Standard Bank Jazz Awards – The iconic musician and businesswoman  Yvonne Chaka Chaka was honoured by the Standard Bank Joy of Jazz awards.

The prestigious event took place at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg. Chaka Chaka was honoured for her solicitude for assisting individuals and the humanitarian work she has been doing circulating the continent.

Yvonne Chaka Chaka the veteran singer was commemorated with the likes of Market Theatre’s artistic director James Ngcobo. Ngcobo was granted an award for the exceptional work he has done in uplifting the standard of local theatre.
