Thembi Seete bags an Africa Choice Award. Singer, former group member of Boom Shaka and actress Thembi Seete recently received an international award.
Thembi took to her social media pages to share that the award she won had finally arrived. The actress won the Africa Choice Award under the category of Female Movie Star of 2022. She was nominated alongside other talented actresses on the african continent including Bisola Aiyeda, Mumbi Maina, Kehinde Bankole, Joselyn Dumas, Lydia Forso and Osas Igodaro. The awards ceremony was held in Lagos, Nigeria. Thembi could not attend the awards and the reasons for her absence are not known.
The Africa Choice Awards are one of the most prestigious awards on the african continent. The awards recongise african talent behind the TV screens and in front of the camera. The main aim of the awards is to develop talent and skills in african people.
