Loyiso Bala Reacts To ‘Homeless’ Reports

Loyiso Bala Reacts To ‘Homeless’ Reports. The lockdown pandemic has hit most if not all families financially, while others have lost their homes and others their cars repossessed. Speaking to News24, Jennifer Bala, wife to musician Loyiso Bala, opened up about how they were left homeless for four months because of the pandemic. Jennifer was growing her career as her husband’s manager but because they worked in the entertainment industry, all that came to a stand still due to the pandemic.

She said before the pandemic they were looking into renting a new house but due to not having income, that didn’t happen for the family of 4 soon to be 5 as Jennifer is currently expecting a baby. After they failed to make arrangements with the landlord, Pearl Thusi came to the rescue and offered a place to stay for them. “Pearl and I are really good friends. We stayed there for four months. We were blessed to be in that situation,” she told the publication. “Blessed that Pearl is such a good friend.”

However, Loyiso felt the news were being blown out of proportion as his family was not homeless. Reacting to these news, Loyiso took to his Instagram account and wrote: “The problem with fighting and trying to rectify false media stories about you is that it causes unnecessary attention from other media which is counterproductive. In 2021 I’m choosing to keep moving.”

After reacting on this, the comment section was flooded with people who seem to be agreeing with him that the news regarding his family’s accommodation was indeed blown out of proportion. Here are some of the reactions:
