Babes Wodumo pushes late husband Mampintsha’s alcohol brand. Gqom songstress and dancer Babes Wodumo continues to push and grow her late husband’s alcohol brand.

Late Gqom musician Mampintsha had ventured into the alcohol industry before his passing. He joined his peer house music DJ, DJ Tira who also launched his own alcohol brand called Cyder Bearings. Now Mampintsha’s wife, Babes is continuing to heighten the brand as Mampintsha would have wished.

Taking to her Facebook page, Babes Wodumo announced that she will be launching Mampintsha’s new alcoholic product. The new alcohol brand is called Original Shandis Gin & Vodka. She shared that she is going to pick up where Mampintsha left off and grow his businesses. She also shared that she will soon announce when the product will be available in all stores.

“OS Gin & Vodka every vision my husband had started I will continue to push as this will be Sponge’s inheritance. But be warned, this will get you drunk. Will be posting soon list of all stores where you can find the product”, Babes Wodumo shared.

Not only has Babes Wodumo been pushing her husband’s alcohol brand, but also has been urging fans and supporters to vote for his song. Mampintsha’s song that won song of the year on Ukhozi FM in 2022 titled Ngeke is nominated for the METRO FM music awards. The song was nominated in multiple categories including, best song of the year, best duo and best Kwaito. She recently shared a video of herself asking fans to vote.
