2020 marked as 21 years for DJ Tira in the music industry. The musician released an album titled ’21 Years Of DJ Tira’, which was released in August, to celebrate this huge milestone. His plan was to also visit numerous cities in the country but then he had to scrap that plan due to the conanvirus pandemic.
The musician’s fans have showed him love, thereby getting him to reach platinum status. DJ Tira has been a favourite of many people around South Africa. He has managed to work with a lot of huge artists in different genres such as Mampintsha and AKA with one of his most recent tracks ‘F.R.E.E’. The artist decided to release the album on his birthday so that he could look back at his music career. The album has features such as Nomcebo Zikode and Berita. The musician went on social media to thank his i for giving him a platinum status with his celebratory album.
In an Instagram video with the platinum DJ Tira says, “My plan was to visit every city and celebrate 21 Years Of DJ Tira in 2020 but we couldn’t do it, but I’m so happy that we’ve got a plat baby. For the whole entire album, 21 Years Of DJ Tira. Thank you so much for your support.” Fellow celebs and fans of the music producer congratulated him on his status.
