Da Kruk to Host New African Music Show on Los Angeles’ Dash Radio

Touring DJ, music producer, radio host and creative entrepreneur, Kutloano “Da Kruk” Nhlapo hasscored yet another new and exciting radio show slot on Los Angeles’ Dash Radio, this time focusing on the best new music from Africa.

The Syndicate Africa’ with the tagline “Spinning the Best New Music from Africa” will air every Friday at 12PM SAST on Dash Radio / Discover, starting Friday 1 April 2022.

Da Kruk will now take African music to even bigger heights, as he has continuously been a key name in highlighting the awareness and put-on of the ever-expanding, and now international, South African Amapiano genre.

Dash Radio is a no-subscription, commercial-free premium radio station that can be accessed on its website.

Currently sitting on 239K Instagram followers, Dash Radio is a California-based digital radio broadcasting platform over 80 original stations. These stations are curated by DJs, radio personalities, musicians, and music tastemakers. The platform includes partner stations curated by the likes of Snoop DoggKylie JennerLil WayneTech N9neBorgoreB-Real of Cypress Hill, and others.  

Dash Radio was launched in August 2014 by radio-TV personality and music executive, Scott Keeney, better known as DJ Skee. He received investments from Dave Morin and Kevin Colleran of Slow Ventures investment firm, L.A. Reid (ex-CEO of Epic Records), Matt Michelsen (CEO and founder of Backplane), Michael Lazerow (Salesforce), Adrian Peterson (RB Minnesota Vikings), Ronny Turiaf (NBA World Champion), Ian Schafer (CEO of Deep Focus) and Colin Carrier (CSO of Twitch), among others.
